Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant- Business Analyst (Agentic -Capture)

The Business Analyst - Agentic (Capture) is responsible for identifying and defining AI-driven automation opportunities using agentic frameworks (like LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or n8n). This role supports the capture of business requirements and translates them into intelligent, autonomous workflows that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • .Capture Business Needs : Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI / LLM-based solutions.
  • .Design Agentic Workflows : Translate business processes into autonomous, LLM-enabled workflows using tools like LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks.
  • .AI Use Case Development : Identify and prioritize use cases for generative AI and agentic automation across departments.
  • .Collaboration : Work closely with AI / ML engineers, solution designers, and product managers to ensure successful implementation of intelligent agents.
  • .Testing & Validation : Develop and execute user test plans, validate outputs, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • .Documentation & Training : Create user documentation and deliver training to ensure smooth adoption of AI solutions..

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • .BE / B Tech / MCA / BCA
  • .Relevant years of experience in business analysis and in AI / automation projects as well.
  • .Exposure to enterprise AI adoption or digital transformation initiatives.
  • .Technical Fluency : Understanding of LLMs, agentic AI, and orchestration tools like LangChain, n8n, or similar.
  • .Business Analysis : Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication
  • .AI / ML Awareness : Familiarity with generative AI concepts and their application in business settings.
  • .Project Management : Ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • .Tools Proficiency : Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization platforms is a plus.
