Key responsibility
Develop and execute paid search campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube) that drive traffic to our website and generate quality leads for medical tourism services.
Work closely with the content and design teams to align ad creatives and messaging with overall brand guidelines and market needs.
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing, cost-effective keywords for medical tourism services.
Regularly analyse campaigns, and adjust bids, budgets, and keywords to improve performance, reducing cost per lead while maintaining lead quality.
Monitor and analyses campaign performance metrics, including clicks, impressions, conversion rates, cost per lead, etc.
Prepare and present detailed monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Use Google Analytics and other tracking tools to measure and optimize the customer journey on the website.
Conduct A / B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures to determine the most effective approach for converting potential patients.
Collaborate with the web development team to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions and aligned with paid campaign goals.
Keep abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing, Google Ads updates, and best practices in the medical tourism sector.
Work closely with other departments (SEO, content marketing, social media, customer service, etc.) to align digital marketing efforts and maximize cross-channel opportunities.
