Role Overview :

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outbound / inbound calling. The role demands excellent communication skills, persistence, and a customer-first approach to drive sales opportunities and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company products and services.
  • Handle inbound queries and convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend relevant solutions.
  • Maintain an active pipeline through lead nurturing and follow-ups .
  • Achieve monthly / quarterly call, meeting, and sales targets .
  • Update and maintain CRM records with accurate customer information.
  • Coordinate with the sales teams for smooth lead handovers.
  • Build and sustain positive client relationships through professional communication.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree. Preference will be given to candidates with technical (IT or related) qualifications.
  • 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or telemarketing.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills .
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, Excel, and MS Office .
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
