Job Title : Executive - Retention and Cross-sell โ Employee Benefits Practices
Reporting to : Assistant Vice President
Job Summary / About the role :
Employee Benefit Practices-(Retention) - Managing the Employee Benefits portfolio of the corporate client.
Required Qualifications :
Must have Bachelor's Degree / Masterโs Degree.
Required Experience and Skills :
Excellent communication skills.Good listening skills and ability to determine clients' needs efficiently.Proficient in using Excel, Word & PowerPoint.Should have good technical knowledge about Employee health Insurance / General Insurance products.Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in General Insurance / Insurance Brokers.Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Client service.Any Insurance Qualification / certifications will be an added advantage.Should be a good team player.Key Responsibilities :
Build and maintain effective relationship with key corporate customers.Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and make appropriate adjustments necessary for meeting client needs.Utilize various mediums to engage with customers and provide quick assistance and resolution.Keeping customers updated on the latest products & service offerings.Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.Ensure the agreed deliverables are met in timely manner.Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
