Key Responsibilities :
- Develop innovative and visually appealing design concepts, graphics, and layouts for websites, social media, print materials, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content Creation, and Product Development teams to understand project goals and deliver impactful visual solutions.
- Maintain and enhance the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all design elements and materials.
- Produce high-quality graphics adhering to design guidelines while pushing creative boundaries for a fresh and modern look.
- Stay current with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to keep designs relevant and innovative.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas to improve visual communication strategies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Edit and retouch images, adjust layouts, and refine compositions as needed.
- Work with printers, photographers, illustrators, and other creative professionals to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.Adaptability to incorporate feedback and revise designs accordingly.Knowledge of UI / UX design principles and web design is a plus.Experience with motion graphics or video editing software is an advantage.Familiarity with branding and marketing concepts is beneficial.Skills Required
