Supply Chain Operations Manager

Position : Inventory & Supply Chain-Lead

Location : Multi-location (Retail Stores, Warehouse & eCommerce Operations)

Experience : Minimum 4 years in inventory management / supply chain

Reports To : Business Head

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Inventory & Supply Chain Manager to oversee stock planning, replenishment, movement, and reporting across our retail stores, warehouses, and eCommerce channels. The role requires strong analytical, process-driven thinking with hands-on execution. This position will ensure right stock, at the right location, at the right time , supporting our fast-growing footwear retail and eCommerce business.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management :

• Oversee stock availability and maintain optimal inventory levels across all warehouse, retail stores .
• Execute demand forecasting, reorder planning, and safety stock management.
• Monitor stock turnover, ageing, and shrinkage ;

take corrective actions.
