We’re Hiring : Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Company : ProHR Strategies Pvt. Ltd.

Location : Kolkata (On-site)

Experience : Min. 3 years in HR Consultancy firm or worked as a Senior Recruiter in Non IT company for 5 years

Timing : 10 AM – 6 PM.

Week Offs : Fixed Saturday & Sunday

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in talent acquisition. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, bulk hiring, and closing multiple client requirements across industries. The ideal candidate should be results-driven, communicative, and have a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities.

What You’ll Do :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse client requirements across multiple industries.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn job search, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client-specific requirements.
  • Handle bulk hiring mandates efficiently while maintaining quality.
  • Ensure 7–10 successful closures on a monthly basis.
  • Must have experience of closing profile VP to CXOs level.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for recurring positions and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire.

Must-Have Requirements

  • ✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in HR consultancy firms serving multiple clients across industries or worked as a Senior Recruiter in Non IT company for 5 years.
  • ✅ Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.), LinkedIn, and social media sourcing.
  • ✅ Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • ✅ Proven expertise in candidate screening and evaluation.
  • ✅ Demonstrated success in closing 7–10 positions monthly.
  • ✅ Hands-on experience in bulk hiring across different sectors.
