Job Title : Operations / Admin Executive

Location : Pitampura / Rani Bagh

Experience Level : Mid-Level

About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations / Admin Executive to manage day-to-day operations for our client’s retail business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating ground staff activities, supervising delivery schedules, ensuring timely product dispatch, and addressing client queries and grievances efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate and assign daily schedules to ground staff and delivery personnel.

Monitor and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products to clients.

Maintain daily operational reports and ensure proper documentation for all activities.

Act as a point of contact for clients regarding delivery updates and issue resolution.

Handle administrative tasks including inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and office support.

Manage logistical operations to support business goals and client satisfaction.

Oversee order processing and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

Continuously assess and improve operational processes for better productivity.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.

2–4 years of experience in operations, administration, or logistics—preferably in retail or related sectors.

Skills & Competencies :

Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage teams and handle client interactions.

Good problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with basic operational tools and software.

Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
