Guest Relation Officer

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage and resolve guest inquiries promptly
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

• Handle guest complaints and feedback effectively
• Keep track of guest feedback and reviews

• 0-5 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Diploma or degree in hospitality management or related field
• A passion for providing exceptional service to guests
