We are a leading EdTech & Corporate Training company specializing in high-quality professional courses, including SAP training for individuals and corporates. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate who has prior experience in selling professional training programs.
Key Responsibilities : -
1) Identify and target potential leads for SAP and other professional courses.
2) Counsel prospects to understand their training needs and match them with appropriate programs.
3) Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closing sales.
4) Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.
5) Maintain and update CRM with lead, follow-up, and sales data.
6) Build and maintain relationships with corporate HRs, training managers, and individual learners.
7) Coordinate with the training and operations teams for smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
Requirements : -
1) Experience : 1–2 years in EdTech sales , preferably selling SAP or other professional certification courses.
2) Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
3) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
4) Strong understanding of SAP course offerings will be a plus.
