Role Overview:

\n

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help expand INI8 Labs’ pipeline of enterprise customers and strategic partners. You will identify, research, and engage prospective clients and partner organizations, support outreach and deal qualification, and work closely with leadership to convert conversations into long-term engagements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure to enterprise sales, partnerships, and the AI/data services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential end-customers and partner organizations across target verticals (Financial Services, Life Sciences, CPG/FMCG, and emerging AI-native companies) that could benefit from INI8 Labs’ data engineering, AI/ML, and managed services.
\n
• Outreach & Relationship Building: Draft and execute personalized outreach (email, LinkedIn, and other channels) to key stakeholders — founders, CxOs, VPs of Engineering/Product — to open new business conversations.
\n
• Partnership Development: Support the evaluation and pursuit of technology and channel partnerships (e.g., cloud hyperscalers, data/AI platform vendors) including partner program applications, capability positioning, and relationship management with partner ecosystem teams.
\n
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized, up-to-date record of prospects, partners, and outreach status; track conversations from first contact through qualification and handoff.
\n
• Proposal & Positioning Support: Assist in crafting pitches, proof-point narratives, and presentation materials that align INI8 Labs’ capabilities with prospect/partner needs.
\n
• Market Research: Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging companies (especially AI-native startups) to surface new business opportunities.
\n
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure outreach messaging and proof points are current and compelling.

What we're looking for:

\n

\n
• 1–4 years of experience in business development, sales development, or partnerships (experience in IT services, consulting, SaaS, or B2B tech preferred).
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable drafting outreach to senior stakeholders (founders, CXOs).
\n
• Research-oriented mindset — able to quickly understand a prospect’s business, technology stack, and pain points.
\n
• Familiarity with data engineering, AI/ML, or enterprise software concepts is a strong plus (prior exposure not mandatory, but genuine interest is important).
\n
• Organized and self-driven; comfortable managing multiple outreach threads and follow-ups simultaneously.
\n
• Experience with CRM/pipeline tracking tools is a plus.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced consulting environment.

• Exposure to partner ecosystem programs (cloud, data, or AI platform vendors).

• Understanding of enterprise sales cycles for consulting/managed services.
