Role Description The Caller role at Urban Money is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Caller will contact potential and existing clients to explain loan and mortgage solutions, gather basic financial and personal information, and schedule appointments or follow-ups for advisors. Daily responsibilities include making outbound and answering inbound calls, updating client records in internal systems, and ensuring all interactions are documented accurately. The Caller will coordinate with sales and advisory teams, share client requirements, and support the end-to-end borrowing process by providing timely updates. This role also involves meeting call targets, maintaining high standards of customer service, and adhering to company policies and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and local language proficiency.
• Customer service and relationship-building skills to handle queries, address concerns, and maintain client trust.
• Basic knowledge of banking or financial products, especially loans and mortgages, or willingness to learn.
• Comfort with telephone-based work, call handling, and maintaining call logs or CRM entries.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage time effectively, and follow structured processes.
• Proficiency with computers, MS Office, and basic data entry; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Prior experience in call center, telesales, or customer support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in commerce, finance, or related fields is beneficial.
