Performance Marketer

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and scale digital advertising campaigns for ArthaX.ai and Lomos .

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads , with a proven ability to generate high-quality leads and optimize campaigns based on measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Generate high-quality leads and continuously improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Monitor and optimize key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROAS .
• Conduct audience research, competitor research, keyword research, and campaign analysis.
• Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and CTAs.
• Work with the sales team to track lead quality and conversion from lead to customer.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, UTM tracking , and related tools.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
• Work with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to improve landing pages, funnels, and overall customer acquisition.
• Experiment with new marketing channels and growth strategies.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns deliver measurable ROI.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads .
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads .
• Strong understanding of paid lead generation and conversion campaigns.
• Good analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and UTM parameters.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and sales funnels.
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of campaigns.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Experience in B2B SaaS, CRM, AI, Technology, or EdTech .
• Experience with lead-generation campaigns.
• Knowledge of CRO and landing-page optimization.
• Experience working with CRM systems and tracking leads through the sales funnel.
• Experience managing campaigns with significant monthly ad budgets.
