About the Role

You will run project management and operations for our podcasting division: the PM team, the client relationships, and the systems that turn 30 creatives and operators into on-time, on-brief delivery for some of the biggest shows in tech.

We're dominant and moving fast, which means there's chaos to tame. You'll build the processes and systems that let this division scale without breaking, while leaving room for the creative work to stay great. Structure that serves the craft, not structure that strangles it.

You'll also push our podcasting product and services forward. You sit closest to what clients need and where delivery gets stuck, so you'll shape what we offer and how we package it. Much of our delivery runs through our India team and many of our clients are in SF, so you'll be the connective tissue between them, keeping the handoff seamless.

What you'll do

• Lead the PM team. Hire, develop, and set the bar for every PM.
• Own client satisfaction, communications, and results. Every show feels looked after, informed, and ahead of schedule.
• Build and implement systems that improve how everything runs internally.
• Push our podcasting product and services forward, based on what clients need.
• Bridge our India delivery team and SF clients so the two run as one.
• Uphold insane quality and customer service on every show.

Who We're Looking For

You've done this before at a digital media agency:

• Perfect English, both written and spoken
• Agency PM leadership. You've run project management at an agency working in branding, design, video, or development.
• Team size. You've managed 4 to 10 PMs directly.
• Client load. Your team has carried 10 to 20 clients at once, and you kept them all happy.
• Systems builder. You've designed and rolled out the workflows, tools, and reporting a team actually uses.

You take a fast, messy, growing operation and bring order to it without killing the creativity. And you know the tech world, or genuinely want to. Our clients are podcasts, VCs, and tech companies, and you need to speak their language.
