What You Will Do:

You'll help run the MIYO floor, lead the team, and make sure every shift runs smoothly — from operations to customer experience.

• Lead the team and manage day-to-day shift operations
• Manage rosters, cash, inventory, dispatches and daily operational checks
• Ensure counter, kitchen, cleaning and product quality standards are maintained
• Conduct daily briefings, team catch-ups, training and performance feedback
• Handle customer feedback and complaints with ownership
• Keep the team on track with tasks, timelines and store standards
• Monitor FEFO, stock levels, refilling, R&M and other operational requirements
• Step in proactively wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly
  

Who are You:

You're confident, organised and comfortable taking charge of a busy shift.

You are:

• A natural team leader who takes ownership
• Calm, quick on your feet and good with people
• Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture
• Proactive and comfortable solving problems on the go
• Great at customer service and handling difficult situations
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory / team-lead role in a high-volume café, QSR or restaurant
• Bonus points if you're a dessert lover
