Job Title : Zuora Billing & Integration Consultant

Job Type : Full-Time

Experience : 2-3 years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, Payments, Revenue, and Subscription Management.
• Experience supporting Stripe Payment Gateway integration and payment processing workflows.
• Good understanding of Zuora integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ERP, CRM, and third-party systems.
• Experience working with billing, invoicing, payments, refunds, collections, and reconciliation processes.
• Exposure to Oracle EBS and financial system integrations.
• Experience configuring and supporting Zuora solutions based on business and functional requirements.
• Good understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Understanding of Revenue Recognition and basic financial operations.
• Good knowledge of subscription lifecycle management, including orders, amendments, renewals, cancellations, upgrades, and downgrades.
• Understanding of Zuora Revenue processes and revenue recognition concepts.
• Good SQL skills for data validation, reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Basic to good experience with API troubleshooting and integration debugging.
• Ability to understand business and finance requirements and translate them into Zuora functional configurations and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and IT teams to support and improve billing and payment processes.
• Support PCI compliance, payment security, financial data integrity, and audit requirements.
• Troubleshoot billing, payment, subscription, and integration issues and work with technical teams to resolve production issues.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
