The role includes managing change requests and continuously updating documentation to enhance troubleshooting processes. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine to analyze and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team.- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.- Assist in monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues before they impact operations.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and documentation.- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations.- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical incidents in communication systems.- Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams to address operational challenges.- Familiarity with change management processes including creating and implementing Requests for Change.- Strong communication skills to document and update knowledge base articles effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
