We are a fast-growing real estate advisory firm expanding our sales teams in Noida and Gurgaon. We're looking for driven sales professionals at Mid to Senior levels who want ownership, growth, and a performance-first culture.

Job Location: Noida / Gurgaon

Levels: Sales Manager to Senior Leadership

Salary: INR 60,000 to INR 2,00,000 per month (based on level and experience)

Working Days: 6 days

Weekly Off: Monday

Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Drive end-to-end sales of residential and commercial real estate projects, from lead engagement to site visit to closure.
• Engage and convert high-intent leads through calls, meetings, and site visits.
• Build and manage your own pipeline and consistently meet monthly revenue targets.
• Build, lead, and grow a team of sales professionals and drive team revenue.
• Coordinate with developers, CRM, and operations teams for smooth booking and documentation.
• Maintain daily activity and performance records as per company processes

Who We're Looking For:

• Sales experience in EdTech or Insurance.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a high-pressure sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable with target-driven, performance-linked growth
• Prior experience managing or mentoring a sales team
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and hungry to earn
