At House of Unblur, we're looking for a Ad Creative Strategist for Meta and Google Ads who understands that performance beats aesthetics and can consistently build ad strategies that scale D2C brands.

🎯 Position: Ad Creative Strategist (D2C Brands)

📍 Location: Remote

🕒 Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

📅 Experience: Minimum 5+ Years (Relevant experience only)

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

✔️ 5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Media Creative Strategy (applications with less experience will not be considered)

✔️ Strong understanding of Meta ad creatives, hooks, angles, customer psychology, and conversion-focused messaging

✔️ Proven experience working with Performance Marketing campaigns (not just content marketing or branding)

✔️ Ability to analyze creative performance using data and continuously improve results

✔️ Experience collaborating with media buyers, copywriters, designers, and clients

✔️ D2C brand experience is highly preferred

✔️ Strong strategic thinking with excellent communication skills

Compensation & Growth:

💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹65,000 (Negotiable for the right candidate)
