Job Title: Java Full Stack – React Developer

Location: Chennai / Pune

Job Type: Hybrid

Experience: 6–10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality GenAI, Java, and React full-stack applications.
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture and technology decisions.
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development and production environments.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience in GenAI and Java/React Full Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in Java 17+.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs, backend services, and React applications.
• Good understanding of Git and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with GenAI application development and integration.
• Knowledge of modern AI/LLM-based application architectures.
