Telecallers- Inhouse Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate travel enquiries, follow up with leads, and support the sales team in converting enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally.
• Understand customer travel requirements, budget, destination, and preferred travel dates.
• Generate and qualify leads for domestic and international travel packages.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Share basic package information and coordinate with the sales team for detailed quotations.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Follow up consistently with interested customers to improve conversion.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams regarding customer requirements.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers.
• Collect customer feedback and update the concerned team.
• Stay updated about the company's travel packages, destinations, and offers.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
• Good Malayalam and English communication skills.
• Hindi or other languages will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Good follow-up and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work with daily and monthly targets.
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or the travel industry is an advantage.
