Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to interpret business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Technical Advantage:

Familiarity with Adept application and Centura Team Developer will be considered an added advantage.

Communication Skills:

Ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Good-to-Have

Exposure to Adept application and Centura Team Developer is a plus.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and support of Adept & Media ERP solutions.
• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and assist in system configuration and testing.
• Provide user training and support for ERP and related applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Document workflows, processes, and system changes for future reference.
