Role: ISP – PayLater
Job Type: Field Sales | Retail | EMI / PayLater
Employment Type: Apprenticeship – 6 Months

Stipend: ₹15,000/- per month

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities

• Drive EMI transactions on existing Pine Labs terminals at assigned merchant outlets.
  
• Visit mapped retail stores and work closely with store staff and sales teams to increase EMI transactions.
  
• Explain available EMI offers, schemes, and financing options to customers.
  
• Encourage eligible customers to choose EMI as a payment option during purchases.
  
• Assist store staff in identifying and converting potential EMI customers.
  
• Ensure maximum utilization of Pine Labs terminals for EMI transactions.
  
• Achieve assigned daily/monthly EMI transaction targets.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and merchant partners.
  
• Monitor outlet performance and identify opportunities to improve EMI business.
  
• Share market feedback, competitor offers, and customer/merchant challenges with the reporting manager.
  
• Maintain daily visit, transaction, and performance reports.

Requirements
Qualification: Any Diploma Experience: Freshers can apply Mandatory: Candidate must have a bike and valid driving licence (DL). Willingness to travel within assigned locations. Good communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
