Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager who can independently plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of performance marketing, campaign strategy, lead generation, budget management, analytics, and client handling. The candidate will also be responsible for guiding the performance marketing team and ensuring campaigns achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Develop strategies for lead generation, sales, conversions, and overall business growth.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on data and results.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilization of ad spend.
• Analyze key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
• Coordinate with the creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and communicate insights to clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing strategies.
• Handle client communication and provide regular campaign updates.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions.
• Stay updated with changes, trends, and best practices in Meta and Google advertising.
• Guide and manage junior performance marketing team members.
• Take ownership of campaign performance and deliverables.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Good understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns.
• Knowledge of campaign analytics and performance metrics.
• Experience in managing advertising budgets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
• Team management experience will be preferred.
• Agency experience will be an added advantage.
