Saviynt Developer - Identity & Access Management
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, configure, and customize Saviynt solutions based on business and security requirements.
- Provide L3 support for complex Saviynt issues and drive incidents through root cause identification and resolution.
- Gather, analyze, validate, and translate business requirements into effective Saviynt solutions.
- Design and implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows and automation.
- Configure and support provisioning, access certification, Segregation of Duties (SOD), RBAC, workflows, analytics, and email notifications.
- Design and implement application integrations with Saviynt using various connectors.
- Work with ARS workflows and leverage Saviynt analytics capabilities.
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Support SOX compliance, auditing, access reviews, and identity governance processes within Saviynt.
- Manage configuration across Rules, Technical Users, UI Global Configurations, backend configurations, and GSP files.
- Use Java and MySQL queries to interact with and troubleshoot Saviynt data.
- Collaborate with internal teams, security stakeholders, and customers to design and implement solutions.
- Work with ticketing systems such as Jira to manage incidents, requests, and changes.
- Support continuous improvement and automation of identity and access management processes.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 6+ years of overall IT Security experience.
- 4 - 5 years of hands-on Saviynt development experience.
- Recent experience in Saviynt solution design, requirements gathering, and validation.
- Strong understanding of Saviynt functionality, including Provisioning, Access Certification, SOD, Analytics, RBAC, Workflows, and Email Notifications.
- Strong experience designing and implementing JML flows.
- Experience integrating applications with Saviynt using multiple connectors.
- Strong understanding of ARS workflows and Saviynt analytics.
- Experience with SOX compliance, auditing, and access review processes.
- Experience configuring Rules, Technical Users, UI Global Configurations, backend configurations, and GSP files.
- Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE and MySQL.
- Experience with APIs and system integrations.
- Knowledge of JML/JSON scripting is preferred.
- ServiceNow experience is an added advantage.
- Experience working with Jira or similar ticketing systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
Working Hours :
- The role follows a hybrid working model with 3 days Work From Office.
- Working hours are 1:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST to cover the first half of US business hours and facilitate customer interaction.
