YEMI primarily focuses on manufacturing of Industrial Engines and sales and service of the Industrial Engines/Agricultural Products/ Marine (Small – Medium & Large) Engines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Contributes as a key team member of India based R&D Centre, on current and new development projects of India, US & EU model in small and higher horsepower tractors.
\n
• Contributes as a team member on development projects carrying out assigned responsibilities in a timely, diligent, safe, and professional manner.
\n
• Ensures quality in a product’s design for usability, reliability, and functionality that meets regulatory requirements & homologation standards.
\n
• To support in Testing’s and field evaluations and each country rule.
\n
• Vehicle Design, packaging & integration of new development model for domestic/Southeast Asia/USA/EU from concept to production.
\n
• To communicate with Yanmar Japan R&D and ITL R&D and production & collaborating with cross-functional teams on product development.
\n
• Manage the complete product lifecycle, from concept & feasibility studies through to production.
\n
• To support proto assembly and improve quality with local members.
\n
• Working on the management instruction to constantly improving the performance and reliability of the product.
\n
• Documentation of Design, Manufacturing and Assembly processes.
\n
• Actively participate in production and testing of new products.
\n
• Manage the vehicle configuration in CAD, conduct reviews for packaging & interference detection & ensure the timely release of engineering changes.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with manufacturing, testing, quality, sourcing & service teams to drive project success & resolve conflicts.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Work Experience Requirements:

\n

\n
• Experience in making Tractor BOM & its management.
\n
• Able to analyse and judge test results
\n
• Strong understanding of tractor architecture & system-level integration
\n
• Experience in high volume manufacturing sheet metal, plastic parts, hardware, piping and electrical parts.
\n
• Experience in designing production equivalent rapid prototypes.
\n
• Complete understanding of technical principles, theories and concepts in the field of product development. General knowledge of related disciplines.
\n
• Proficient in 3D CAD and Pro / E software for vehicle layout & integration.
\n
• Knowledge of statistical methods and analysis.
\n
• Team player with excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
\n
• MS-office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Education - B. Tech/B. E (Mechanical)

\n

Experience - Similar working experience for 12 to 15 Years.
