Director Operations
Director – India Operations | IT Services & Consulting | Mohali
We are looking for a senior Operations/Delivery leader to lead and scale the India operations of a global technology services organization based in Mohali.
The company is a global Customer Communication Management (CCM) and technology services organization working with enterprise clients across multiple geographies. It delivers software/application implementation, transformation, integration, and managed services solutions that help large enterprises manage high-volume customer communications.
What We Are Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in IT Services / IT Consulting / Technology Services, preferably with global delivery exposure.
- Strong revenue-side P&L ownership – revenue growth, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, margins and commercial performance.
- Proven experience in Software / Application / Technology Delivery Leadership with end-to-end ownership of delivery.
- Experience managing and scaling large delivery/operations teams and building high-performing organizations.
- Strong exposure to global clients, SLAs, delivery governance, utilization, productivity and customer success.
- Experience in business growth, account expansion, resource planning and operational scalability.
- Ability to work closely with CEO/Global Leadership and translate business strategy into India operations.
- Strong capability in talent development, culture building, succession planning and organizational transformation.
Key Responsibility
The role will own the end-to-end India delivery and operations function, including P&L, revenue growth, software/application delivery, workforce scaling, client satisfaction, governance, operational efficiency and talent development.
