Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Floor Supervisor at HopUp India in Jaipur. The Floor Supervisor ensures smooth day-to-day operations on the gaming floor by overseeing staff, maintaining equipment, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding safety and service standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Operations & Supervision

• Oversee daily floor activities, ensuring all games and attractions are operational.
• Supervise gaming attendants, cashiers, and support staff during shifts.
• Monitor customer flow, manage waiting times, and resolve service-related issues quickly.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, reported, and repaired as needed.
• Assist in stock management for tokens, tickets, and consumables.
