About the role :
We are looking for a GTM Engineer who deeply understands LLM's, agentic workflows & modern marketing systems. You'll be responsible for building systems that power our outbound GTM motions from intelligent lead scoring & enrichment to Messaging, campagins & automation pipelines.
You will be working at the intersection of engineering, marketing & AI, building scalable & personalized systems that drive revenue.
What you will do :
- Build AI agents that automate prospecting, enrichment, scoring, and outbound across channels (email, LinkedIn, ads).
- Design workflows to execute GTM campaigns autonomously.
- Develop and maintain agents for tasks like :
- Hyper-personalized outreach
- Campaign planning
- Market analysis
- Intent analysis from search, web, and CRM data
- Optimize token use, context windows, retrieval pipelines (RAG), and prompt engineering.
