Role Description The Behavioral Therapist role at Early Roots ABA is a part-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. In this role, the therapist works directly with children to implement individualized ABA programs, including teaching communication, social, self-help, and play skills. Daily responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, recording data on target behaviors, and monitoring progress in line with treatment goals. The therapist collaborates with supervisors, families, and other professionals to maintain consistent strategies across home and community settings. Additional tasks include preparing session materials, participating in team meetings, and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with clinical and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis, with the ability to implement behavior intervention plans and follow evidence-based protocols.
• Background in Psychology and experience working with children in therapeutic, educational, or developmental settings.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with children and caregivers, communicate clearly, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to collect, interpret, and report behavioral data accurately, and follow clinical guidelines and safety procedures.
• Relevant coursework or certification in ABA, psychology, special education, or related fields is preferred.
• Willingness to receive ongoing training, respond constructively to supervision, and adapt to individualized child and family needs.
• Reliable availability for part-time on-site work in Sanpada,Navi Mumbai and commitment to professional, ethical conduct in all client interactions.
