Salient is a multidisciplinary design practice working across architecture, landscape, interiors, urban design, and master planning.

We are looking for a BIM Architect with a B.Arch qualification, strong architectural and technical understanding, and hands-on experience in developing architectural building models in Autodesk Revit.

Role Description

The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing and managing architectural building models in Revit, preparing coordinated architectural documentation, and supporting multidisciplinary coordination across different stages of a project.

The role requires a sound understanding of architecture, building systems, construction drawings, detailing, and BIM-based project workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural building models in Autodesk Revit from design development through construction documentation
• Prepare coordinated architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, and documentation from BIM models
• Develop and maintain accurate architectural model information across different project stages
• Translate architectural design intent into accurate BIM models and construction documentation
• Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other consultant models
• Identify and resolve model clashes, coordination issues, and documentation inconsistencies
• Maintain BIM standards, model organisation, accuracy, and consistency across project deliverables
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal project teams throughout the design and documentation process

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in developing architectural building models in Autodesk Revit
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, building systems, and construction documentation
• Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination will be preferred
• Candidates from Civil Engineering backgrounds without a B.Arch qualification will not be considered for this position
