Role Overview

We are looking for a technically strong Technical Program Manager to drive product initiatives by bridging Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Business teams . The role requires strong C#/.NET & Web understanding, program execution, analytical thinking, communication, and an end-user mindset .

Key Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives from requirements to development, testing, and release .
• Understand end-user needs and translate them into clear product/technical requirements.
• Work closely with Architects and Engineering teams to drive solution execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Analyze complex problems, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions meet business objectives and deliver a strong end-user experience.

Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management / Technical Product Management / Technical Leadership .
• Strong understanding of C#, .NET/.NET Core and Web applications .
• Good understanding of APIs, microservices, databases, and software architecture .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
• Excellent verbal and written communication .
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong customer/end-user-oriented thinking .
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira and Git.

Good to Have

• Cloud experience – Azure/AWS.
• Experience with enterprise/product engineering environments.
• Experience working with distributed engineering teams.
• Product management or customer-facing experience.
