Hiring: Business & P&L Head — DEAGE Longevity | Mumbai Pure Nutrition is building India’s most advanced Longevity & Biological Age Reversal platform — science-backed nutraceuticals paired with personalized coaching. We’re looking for a business owner to lead the P&L and scale DEAGE into India’s most trusted longevity Location: Mumbai (On-site) | Full-time CTC: ₹24,00,000 – ₹30,00,000 (based on experience) Reports to: COO & Director Experience: 7–10+ years, with demonstrated P&L or business ownership experience The Role You’ll be the business owner for DEAGE — full accountability for revenue, profitability, brand, and distribution across every channel. Ideal for someone who has driven meaningful growth in a health, wellness, or premium FMCG business and is ready to own a P&L end-to-end. What You’ll Own P&L & Strategy — Full P&L ownership, 3-year growth strategy (India + international), annual operating plans and dashboards Channel Expansion — Scale D2C, Amazon, Flipkart, health marketplaces, modern trade, pharmacies, clinics; build doctor networks, wellness centers, corporate wellness; drive international B2B via Alibaba and export partners Brand & Marketing — Position DEAGE as India’s most trusted longevity brand across ATL/BTL, influencer, doctor, and digital campaigns Product Innovation — Drive NPD across anti-aging, cellular health, NAD+, collagen, adaptogens, and longevity stacks; partner with R&D on clinical efficacy and premium packaging E-commerce & Digital — Lead D2C and marketplace growth through performance marketing, CRM, and retention What You Bring - Experience owning or significantly influencing P&L in nutraceuticals, wellness, premium FMCG, or D2C health - A track record of driving meaningful revenue growth in a brand or business unit - Deep understanding of the longevity/anti-aging/premium wellness consumer - Strong D2C + retail + e-commerce growth chops - Entrepreneurial, data-driven, hands-on leadership style - MBA preferred, not mandatory Why Join Work directly with the COO & Director on vision and execution Own a P&L from the ground up with real scope to shape strategy ESOPs may be considered for the right candidate Be part of India’s fastest-growing longevity movement - Apply: Send your CV to Ganeshbhandari@purenutrition.in
