Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and field-capable Billing and MIS Executive who will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of project billing and reporting processes. The role requires a blend of on- site verification, billing validation, MIS reporting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely and accurate contractor billing aligned with actual site progress. This role is critical in supporting decision-making through reliable data and ensuring financial control over contractor execution and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weekly Project Site Visits
• Progress Monitoring & Non-Compliance Reporting
• Contractor Billing Management
• Certification Check & Coordination with PMC
• NT Item Variation management
• Final Bill Submission & Account Summary
• Prepare or review project schedules
• Managing or maintaining delay registers, risk assessments and mitigation plans

Education & Experience:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
• 5-7 years of experience in site billing, quantity verification, and MIS reporting.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, rate analysis, and contract clauses.
• Worked in infrastructure, construction, or real estate firms.
• Exposure to working with PMC-led (Project Management Consultant) environments.
• Knowledge of NT item handling and contract management practices.
