Validate diamond identification including natural, treated, and synthetic screening

2. Quality Control Operations

Establish and implement end-to-end QC systems for loose and mounted diamonds

Conduct microscopic inspection for inclusions, blemishes, and cut proportions

Ensure adherence to internal and international quality standards

Monitor incoming, in-process, and final QC checkpoints

3. Team Leadership & Training
-
Lead and manage QC, grading, and assorting teams

Train graders and QC executives on diamond grading accuracy and consistency

Develop SOPs, grading guidelines, and calibration systems (master stone sets)

4. Process & Compliance Management
-
Maintain grading documentation, reports, and certification records
-
Ensure compliance with industry norms, export requirements, and client

Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams for quality alignment

5. Continuous Improvement

Drive process improvements in grading accuracy and QC efficiency

Implement audit systems and error reduction mechanisms
