Position : Admissions Counsellor/Manager

Role Summary:

Responsible for managing and delivering a high-quality, end-to-end admissions experience for prospective families, serving as a key ambassador of the school and its educational philosophy. The role involves building meaningful relationships with prospective parents, understanding their educational expectations and requirements, providing informed and personalised guidance, and effectively communicating the school's academic offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete admissions lifecycle from enquiry, counselling, and campus visit to application, offer, and enrolment.

• Engage prospective parents through structured, consultative, and personalised counselling.

• Clearly articulate the school's educational philosophy, curriculum, academic pathways, student experience, and institutional differentiators.

• Qualify, nurture, and convert admissions leads through timely and systematic follow-up.

• Conduct and coordinate campus visits, parent interactions, assessments, and admission-related engagements.

• Address parent queries and concerns with clarity, empathy, discretion, and sound judgement.

• Maintain accurate and timely records across CRM/MIS platforms and ensure robust admissions pipeline management.

• Track key funnel metrics and contribute towards enrolment, conversion, and revenue objectives.

• Collaborate with Academic, Marketing, Finance, Administration, and School Leadership teams to ensure a seamless admissions experience.

• Participate in open houses, outreach initiatives, admission events, and enrolment campaigns.

• Capture and communicate parent feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights to support admissions strategy.

• Ensure all admissions communication and practices remain aligned with institutional policies, ethical standards, and brand values.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in any discipline; Education, Psychology, Management, Marketing, or Communications preferred.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in school admissions, education counselling, relationship management, consultative sales, or a comparable role.

• Prior experience in a reputed K–12, international, or premium educational institution will be an advantage.
