Company Description Knowledge Plant Academy LLP is an education-focused organization offering coaching for PU1 and PU2 students across Science and Commerce streams. The academy provides structured preparation for NEET, JEE , and CET . It also delivers specialized coaching for CEBA (Commerce, Economics, Business Studies, and Accountancy) and broader Commerce subjects such as Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics. The institution is committed to helping students build strong academic foundations and succeed in competitive examinations through guided teaching, practice, and mentorship.

Role Description The role at Knowledge Plant Academy LLP is a full-time, hybrid position based in the Greater Bengaluru Kolar and Mulbagal area, with some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, guiding students through exam-oriented curricula, and conducting doubt-clearing sessions for science and commerce subjects and entrance exam preparation. The role involves preparing study materials, practice tests, and assessments, tracking student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The team member will collaborate with other faculty and staff to coordinate schedules, support academic initiatives, and contribute to a positive learning environment for learners across PU and entrance coaching programs.

Qualifications

• Strong subject matter expertise in PU Science or Commerce streams, and familiarity with NEET, JEE, CET, or CEBA syllabus.
• Skills in lesson planning, classroom instruction, and creating structured study materials and practice assessments.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly, provide individual academic support, and manage diverse learner needs.
• Comfort using digital tools and online platforms to deliver hybrid classes, share resources, and track student performance.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with a learner-focused and inclusive teaching style.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (Science, Commerce, Education, or related field); prior teaching or coaching experience is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work from the Greater Bengaluru Area with flexibility for some remote work as per institutional needs.
