About the Role

Air India Express is looking for a creative and passionate Motion Graphics & Video Editor to create compelling visual content across digital and social platforms. The role involves video editing, motion graphics, animation, and content adaptation to support brand campaigns, product communication, social media, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for digital campaigns, social media, marketing communications, events, and internal initiatives.
• Create motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, titles, explainers, and other visual assets.
• Adapt video content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with Brand, Design, Social Media, Content, and Marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life.
• Ensure brand consistency across all video and motion content.
• Create campaign master videos, cut-downs, teasers, reels, and platform-specific adaptations.
• Organize and maintain video assets, project files, templates, and footage libraries.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in video production, animation, and social media content.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Video Editing, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a similar creative role .
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, composition, transitions, audio, and motion design.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with videography, photography, or production shoots.
• Knowledge of 3D animation tools.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
• Experience working with brands, creative agencies, media companies, or digital-first organizations.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation, Film, Media, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, or a related field.
