Learning & Exposure:

Candidates can gain exposure in insolvency matters, and representation before various regulatory bodies such as NCLT, RD, ROC, Central Government, MCA, SEBI, RBI. We provide services such as fund raising through private placements, rights issues, Company restructuring, capital reduction, ESOP Management, trademark registration. We also provide advisory services in relation to mergers and amalgamations, due diligence, IPO, Secretarial Audit for listed and unlisted large sized corporates,

Role Description:

· Full-time on-site role

· Qualified Company Secretary ( perfered experience in Bengaluru based firms)

Qualifications:

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• In depth knowledge of Corporate Laws and Secretarial Practices
• Excellent research and report writing skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
• Prior experience in Secretarial and Legal Compliance will be an added advantage
• Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
• Prior experience as a Company Secretary
