Graphic Designer

Aquatech has been quietly supplying some of India’s most critical industries for nearly 30 years. Most people still think we just make water tanks.

Founded in 1996 under Carris Pipes & Tubes Pvt. Ltd., Aquatech is South India’s largest and India’s sixth-largest water storage manufacturer. But water is just where it starts. Our 140+ product range spans defence transit cases, dairy milk cans, road safety infrastructure, Indian Railways crates, cold storage, automotive components and more, manufactured across facilities in Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.

We’re bringing our marketing and content operation in-house, and we’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can help shape how Aquatech looks and communicates across everything we do.

You’ll work across brand, product, digital, social, print and internal communication — turning briefs, product information and sometimes very technical subjects into visual communication people actually want to engage with.

What You’ll Do

* Design social media creatives, carousels, campaigns, ads and digital content

* Develop brochures, catalogues, flyers, presentations, posters and other marketing collateral

* Create product-focused communication that makes features, applications and specifications easy to understand

* Build visual concepts from creative briefs and marketing objectives

* Adapt and repurpose designs across platforms, formats and regional markets

* Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, content calendars and brand communication

* Maintain consistency across Aquatech’s visual identity, typography, layouts and brand assets

* Coordinate with teams across our multiple manufacturing units to gather product information, images and content

* Create communication for different regions, teams, events and business requirements

* Support basic photography, image editing, reels, motion graphics and AI-assisted creative when required

* Coordinate with printers, photographers, videographers and external creative partners when needed

* Maintain organised working files, templates and brand assets

* Occasionally travel to manufacturing units or other locations for creative requirements

What We’re Looking For

* 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience — show us your portfolio

* Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva

* InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma or AI creative tools are a plus

* Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and visual hierarchy

* Someone who can take a brief and turn it into a strong visual idea, not just execute instructions

* Comfortable working across both digital and print

* Strong attention to detail — especially when working with product specifications and technical information

* Able to manage multiple briefs and deadlines without losing quality

* Comfortable working with feedback and defending creative decisions when needed

* Comfortable working with product, factory and industrial environments

* Able to work independently and take ownership of output

* Comfortable coordinating with teams across multiple languages and regions

* Willing to occasionally travel for shoots, events or manufacturing-unit requirements

Language

Mandatory: English, Malayalam, Tamil

Preferred: Telugu

Knowledge of multiple South Indian languages is an advantage, particularly for regional campaigns and communication.
