Role Description The Telesales Medical Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role involves engaging with potential and existing clients over phone calls, explaining DRIP LABS’ medical and wellness services, and guiding them toward appropriate treatments or consultations. The counselor will handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, provide basic information on services under clinical guidance, and schedule appointments. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in the CRM, following up on inquiries, and coordinating with medical and operations teams to ensure a smooth patient journey. The role also requires meeting sales and conversion targets while maintaining ethical, patient-centered communication.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain medical and wellness services clearly and empathetically.
• Proven experience in telesales, call center operations, or customer service, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or related industries.
• Ability to handle high call volumes, manage leads systematically, and work toward defined sales and conversion goals.
• Comfort working with CRM or call management software, and basic proficiency in standard office tools and data entry.
• Good listening skills and the ability to understand client needs, address objections, and build trust over the phone.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field; education in healthcare, life sciences, or psychology is a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site in Gurgaon, with a flexible approach to shift timings as per business requirements.
• Ethical mindset, respect for patient confidentiality, and readiness to learn basic medical concepts relevant to DRIP LABS’ services.

Requirements & Skills:

● Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferably in healthcare/wellness).

● Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English (additional regional languages are a plus).

● Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

● Strong negotiation and closing skills.

● Basic understanding of health & wellness products (IV therapy knowledge is a plus).

● Comfortable with making high-volume calls daily.
