Role Description The Digital Marketing Faculty | Trainer & Industry Practitioner will deliver structured, classroom-based sessions in the offline centre, focusing on core and advanced digital marketing concepts. This full-time, on-site role involves designing and updating curriculum, preparing lesson plans, and creating practical assignments, case studies, and projects aligned with current industry practices. The trainer will conduct interactive lectures, workshops, and live demonstrations, guide learners through campaign planning and analysis, and mentor them on career paths such as employment, freelancing, and entrepreneurship. Responsibilities include assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, collaborating with the academy team to improve training quality, and staying current with digital marketing trends and tools to consistently enhance course content.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Market Research and Research methodologies, with the ability to translate insights into effective learning content.
• Expertise in Consumer Behavior, including audience segmentation and buyer journey analysis, to demonstrate data-driven decision-making.
• Solid foundation in Marketing and Marketing Management, with practical experience in planning and executing digital marketing strategies.
• Hands-on experience with key digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, analytics) and relevant tools/platforms.
• Prior teaching, training, or corporate facilitation experience, ideally in a classroom or blended learning environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner profiles.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; industry certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
• Demonstrated industry practice in digital marketing (agency, brand, startup, or freelance work) with a portfolio of campaigns or projects.
