Aamra is a semi-fine jewelry brand launching in North America — quiet luxury, modern craft, priced $100–450, sitting confidently between disposable fast-fashion jewelry and high-commitment fine jewelry. We are a founding team building from the ground up.

While Aamra is a fresh name in modern fashion, our roots run incredibly deep. Aamra is curated in partnership with Amrapali, a name that has defined fine jewelry craftsmanship for over 40 years. For more than three decades, Amrapali’s master artisans have designed breathtaking, custom handmade jewelry for global celebrities, royalty, and the world’s most exclusive red carpets.

Own the creative production of our ad campaigns — static, video, and carousel content for Meta, Google, and other paid platforms — working closely with the Head of Performance Marketing (campaign strategy and briefs) and the Catalogue Manager (brand voice and product content) to turn strategy into creative that performs with a US audience. You also take raw footage and images from influencers and creators and turn them into ad-ready and organic-ready assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce static, video, and carousel ad creative for Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, own D2C site and other paid platforms, built around what genuinely performs with US audiences — not just what looks good.
• Design static ad creative and social graphics — single-image ads, carousel frames, banners, and organic social posts — alongside video content, so the role covers the full range of ad formats, not video alone.
• Partner with the Head of Performance Marketing on creative briefs and produce multiple creative variations (both static and video) for testing against real campaign performance data.
• Partner with the Catalogue Manager to ensure all ad creative — static and video — reflects brand voice, visual guidelines, and product content already in market.
• Edit and repurpose raw footage and images from influencers and creators into polished, platform-optimized ad and organic assets.
• Stay current on US paid social creative trends — hooks, pacing, native-feeling vs. polished content, and platform-specific formats for both static and video.
• Maintain an organized, accessible library of raw and edited creative assets for the wider team.
• Where capability allows, personally shoot product photography, lifestyle photography, and video content — reducing dependency on external photographers for smaller or ongoing content needs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 4–6 years in creative production — spanning both static design and video editing — for performance/ad creative roles, ideally for US-facing D2C or e-commerce brands.
• Proven experience producing BOTH static ad creative (single-image, carousel frames) AND video/motion creative specifically for Meta and Google Ads, with a portfolio showing real campaign work in both formats.
• Hands-on proficiency with Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro at minimum; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator for static design work is expected.
• Strong understanding of US social media and paid ad consumption trends.
• Experience working directly with influencer or creator-generated content, both photo and video.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on videography and photography skills — able to personally shoot both product and lifestyle content.
• Experience briefing and directing influencers or creators on content requirements.
• Fashion, jewellery, or accessories content experience specifically.
