The Opportunity:

\n

We are looking for senior hands-on consultants who can independently design and deliver complex Nutanix and hybrid-cloud solutions. This is a consulting and implementation role—not a monitoring/operations role. You should be comfortable leading customer workshops, producing architecture, implementing the solution, troubleshooting difficult issues and owning technical quality through handover.

• Nutanix AOS, AHV and Prism Central.
\n
• Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure architecture and deployment.
\n
• NCM Self-Service / automation and API-driven infrastructure workflows.
\n
• Flow Networking and Flow Network Security.
\n
• Nutanix Unified Storage – Files and Objects.
\n
• Data protection, disaster recovery and recovery design.
\n
• Nutanix Move and VMware/Hyper-V/legacy-platform migration.
\n
• Nutanix Kubernetes Platform exposure and cloud-native integrations.
\n
• Enterprise identity, DNS/IPAM, network/security and third-party platform integrations.
\n
• Terraform, Ansible, Python or PowerShell automation where appropriate.
\n

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Lead customer discovery, assessment and technical design workshops.
\n
• Translate requirements into HLD/LLD, implementation plans and validation criteria.
\n
• Design and deploy Nutanix infrastructure and associated platform services.
\n
• Lead migration planning and execution for complex virtualization workloads.
\n
• Design networking, storage, security, automation and DR solutions around the customer environment.
\n
• Perform complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
\n
• Build or guide API-driven integrations and repeatable automation with the automation team.
\n
• Participate as a technical SME in pre-sales, estimation and SOW development.
\n
• Create reusable technical assets, best practices and delivery patterns.
\n
• Mentor consultants and junior engineers and raise technical standards across the practice.
\n
• Own technical quality from design through deployment, validation and handover.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• Strong hands-on Nutanix implementation experience in enterprise production environments.
\n
• Deep virtualization, compute, networking and storage fundamentals.
\n
• Experience with architecture, deployment, migration and troubleshooting—not only administration.
\n
• Strong customer consulting and technical communication skills.
\n
• Ability to independently drive an engagement and make defensible design decisions.
\n
• Ability to document architecture and explain trade-offs clearly.
\n
