Job Summary:

We are seeking detail-oriented and highly motivated individuals to join our Payments Operations team. The role involves processing payment transactions, validating payment instructions, UMB Payee Expense Research & Adjustments Customer Information. Candidates should possess good typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payment transactions accurately within defined turnaround times.
• Review and validate payment instructions as per standard operating procedures.
• Perform data entry and transaction verification with a high degree of accuracy.
• Maintain process documentation and update trackers as required.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
• Escalate issues and risks promptly to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.

Required Skills:

• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of banking and financial services is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

• Carry a printout your updated resume.
• Carry any 2 photo Identity proof( PAN Card / Driving License/ Voters ID Card/ Passport)
