What You'll Do

\n

As Associate Dean, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic and academic vision of the School of Business by:

\n

\n
• Leading curriculum design, planning, and execution aligned with emerging industry trends.
\n
• Building and mentoring a high-performing faculty team.
\n
• Delivering an engaging and future-focused learning experience.
\n
• Strengthening partnerships with industry, startups, consulting firms, and corporate leaders.
\n
• Mentoring students to enhance employability, entrepreneurial thinking, and leadership capabilities.
\n
• Driving research, innovation, academic quality, and departmental growth.
\n

\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Strategy, Economics, or a related discipline (PhD preferred).
\n
• 15+ years of progressive experience across academia and/or industry.
\n
• Proven academic leadership experience with expertise in curriculum development and faculty management.
\n
• Strong industry network and corporate engagement experience.
\n
• Passion for mentoring future leaders and building high-impact academic programs.
\n
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
\n
