Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Technical Writer to work on a Full-Time basis. The role involves creating and maintaining high-quality documentation for technical products and services. Responsibilities include writing API documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for software products.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather technical details and ensure documentation aligns with product updates.

• Create and update API documentation, including endpoints, parameters, and examples.

• Maintain version control for documentation to reflect software changes and releases.

• Conduct reviews to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to style guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in technical writing for software or technology products.

• Proficiency in documenting APIs, SDKs, or developer tools.

• Strong command of grammar, syntax, and technical writing standards.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation projects.

• Familiarity with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or MadCap Flare.
