About the role

We are looking for a designer who can own both static graphics and short-form video for a real estate focused brand. You will turn listings, market data, and thought-leadership ideas into scroll-stopping creative across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. This is a hands-on role for someone who ships daily, not someone who waits on a brief for every task.

What you will do

• Design social graphics: listing cards, market update visuals, carousels, infographics, testimonials, event promos, and ad creatives.
• Edit and produce short-form video: property walkthroughs, agent talking-head reels, market minute clips, before/after edits, captions, subtitles, sound design, and hooks.
• Build and maintain brand templates so recurring formats can be produced fast and stay on brand.
• Repurpose one piece of source material into a full set of assets sized for each platform.
• Design supporting collateral: pitch decks, one-pagers, email headers, landing page visuals, flyers, and brochures.
• Use AI tools to speed up production: image generation, video generation, and auto-captioning.
• Work with our content writer so copy and visuals ship as one package, not two separate deliverables.
• Work closely with the Leadership Team to understand the overall business goals over asking for just specific requirements.
• Track what performs, and adjust hooks, thumbnails, formats, and pacing based on the numbers.
• Able to shuffle between various projects without hesitation.

What we are looking for

• 2-5 years designing graphics and editing video.
• Strong portfolio with real social work, not just concept pieces. We want to see actual posts and reels that are tested.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or equivalents, plus Figma and Canva.
• Genuinely good with AI tools. You should be able to name the tools you use, what you use each one for, and where they fall short.
• Experience and comfort working with real estate content: listings, floor plans, neighborhood data, market stats, agent branding, and MLS style assets. Understanding of what is and is not allowed in real estate advertising is a plus.
• Sharp eye for typography, layout, hierarchy, and data visualization.
• Self starter who is fast, organized, and reliable with deadlines.
• Clear written English and comfortable in coordinating with a US based team.
• Experience across multiple US markets, or with both residential and investment property creative, will add brownie points.

Nice to have

• Strong data visualization instincts. Market stats are half our output, and most real estate charts on social media are unreadable.
• Brand identity work from scratch, not just applying someone else's guidelines.
• Webflow, Framer, or Figma-to-web ability for landing page visuals.
• Social media execution.
• Eager to learn and explore new things.
