Why this role matters:

As a B2B Demand Generation Lead, you'll build the pipeline engine that fuels KMC's growth across global markets. This role is key to scaling qualified leads into revenue, giving you full ownership of multi-channel campaigns and a direct line to executive-level impact.

What you'll be doing:

Build and scale demand campaigns

• Launch multi-channel lead gen programs across paid search, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and email
• Design ABM strategies that target enterprise accounts and key decision-makers

Turn leads into pipeline

• Build and refine lead scoring frameworks to convert MQLs into SQLs
• Create automated nurture sequences that move prospects through the buying journey
• Partner with sales to align on personas, campaign calendars, and handoff processes

Optimize with data

• Track CPL, CAC, lead velocity, and pipeline contribution across CRM and marketing platforms
• Run A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and CTAs to lift conversion rates

What you bring:

• Experience: 5-8 years in B2B demand generation, digital growth marketing, or lead gen
• Must-have: Proven experience generating qualified leads for GCCs, shared services, or enterprise tech/consulting firms
• Core Skills: Multi-channel campaign execution, ABM strategy, lead scoring, sales alignment
• Tools/Systems: HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GA4
• Proven ability to work independently as a remote consultant with minimal supervision
