We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to support solution design and implementation initiatives. The selected candidate will act as the Lead Functional Consultant for Blue Yonder WMS implementations, partnering with customers and project stakeholders to design and deliver effective warehouse management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and implementation of Blue Yonder WMS solutions.

• Act as the primary functional consultant across the project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to go-live support.

• Design best-in-class warehouse management solutions aligned to customer business needs and operational goals.

• Translate business requirements into functional solution designs and implementation plans.

• Serve as the key functional liaison between:

• Customer stakeholders

• Project Managers

• Technical Consultants

• Third-party Consultants

• Drive solution discussions, workshops, and stakeholder alignment to ensure timely project delivery.

• Support testing, validation, deployment, and go-live activities.

• Provide functional guidance and ensure successful delivery of the final solution.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Experience with Blue Yonder WMS implementations mandatory

• Strong customer-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into practical solutions

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic project environment Preferred Profile

• 10+ years of relevant experience in WMS solution architecture, or implementation roles

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and WMS solution design

• Able to support critical project milestones, including possible weekend go-lives Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a seasoned WMS professional with strong functional consulting expertise, excellent client engagement skills, and the ability to lead solution delivery in a customer-facing environment. hands-on experience in warehouse management implementations are essential for success in this role.
